What is TwoFlush? The TwoFlush dual flush system is a simple to install replacement kit that allows every household and business in North America to convert his or her high water use toilet, to a dual flush one that will noticeably cut water consumption. How does TwoFlush work? The TwoFlush dual flush system allows the user to choose either a half flush for liquid waste or a full flush for solid waste. What’s with the 2 levers? The small handle is for liquid waste; the big handle is for solid waste. Do I need to replace my existing toilet? No, the TwoFlush dual flush system is a retrofit kit. It works in your existing toilet. Do I need to replace my existing fill valve? No, the TwoFlush dual flush system works with most fill valves; all you are replacing is the flush mechanism. Who can install TwoFlush? You can! The TwoFlush dual flush system was designed to be a Do It Yourself product. But working on your toilet can be intimidating so a professional plumber should be able to install it in an hour. Click here for Installation instructions What tools do I need to install the TwoFlush dual flush system? Here is what you will need. • A big flat head screw driver (for the tank bolts). Will the TwoFlush dual flush system work in Low Flow toilets? Yes, The TwoFlush dual flush system can upgrade both high flow toilets (12 L/3.2 gpf, 13 L/3.4 gpf and 18 L/4.75 gpf) and low flow toilets (6 L /1.6 gpf). Will the TwoFlush dual flush system fit in my tank? Your Toilet must fulfill the following requirements to be TwoFlush compatible. • Your toilet is a two piece, left front handled toilet. My TwoFlush dual flush system lever handles to not fit into the tank hole! The bushing looks to big. What do I do? Go bushing-less!! Leave the bushing out, once completely installed the handles will have some play but the unit will function, Call 1-877-738-1659 and we can send you a spacer that will improve the fit of the unit. My lever arms came apart, what should I do? We recommend gluing the two pieces together with household glue. Uninstall the arms, dry them, glue them and let them set for an hour. Then reinstall arms. You can do this one arm at a time so the toilet remains functional. I cannot completely flush the liquid waste? The large foam slider allows for more or less water to be flushed for liquid waste. Hold the riser tube firmly and slide the foam slider upwards for less water and downwards for more. My TwoFlush dual flush system does not two flush any more what do I do? What might be happening is the handles are too tightly installed in the tank. Uninstall the handles and reinstall without a spacer or in a configuration that allows the handles to have some play in them. Also ensure that the 2 arms do not contact or rub against each other. |
